Navigating Intimacy and Relationships While Living with MS

Living with multiple sclerosis (MS) is a journey that can test not only the body but also the heart and mind. While much of the focus is on managing physical symptoms, the emotional and relational toll of MS is often overlooked. For many, the challenges of maintaining intimacy and building meaningful relationships can feel like an insurmountable hurdle. MS affects not just mobility or energy levels but also confidence, self-esteem, and even the ability to engage in physical closeness.
